Fast-Track Program for Young Adults

SocraTech has developed a specialized fast-track program for “Early Leavers.” This refers to young adults aged 18-30 who have left the education system without completing their 9th-grade exams, or who have completed them with such poor results that they are unable to succeed at the next educational level.

As a direct consequence, further education is out of reach, and they are often stuck in a life of social benefits or temporary, low-skilled work.

Our unique learning environment makes it easier for these young adults to pass their exams and progress into further education and employment.

The fast-track program boasts an FVU (Preparatory Adult Education) pass rate of over 85% and creates a fresh start for young adults who have often been written off by both the traditional education system and themselves.

We work closely with individual municipalities on the program, thereby maintaining the principle of a hands-on, guided process.

Facts About the Program

COST-NEUTRAL
The municipality recoups its investment within the first 12 months because participants no longer remain dependent on municipal benefits.

CONTINUOUS INTAKE
Participants can start week-to-week, combined with vocational training, as the program is based on individualized learning.

85 PERCENT PASS RATE
Our high pass rate speaks for itself. This result is achieved in an average of six months.

SCREENING INCLUDED
We screen participants as an integrated part of the program, so it does not require additional costs or unnecessary time from the municipality.

WEEKLY REPORTING
Every week, we report attendance and progress directly to caseworkers.
